Chia Peanut Butter Cups
Whether for a Halloween treat, midnight craving or your Office stash, these healthy Alternatives take the Peanutbutter cake.
Ingredients
1 cup Organic Peanut Butter
1/2 cup A.D.D. Dark Chocolate
3 Tbsp Maple syrup
2 Tbsp Chia seeds
2 Tbsp Coconut oil
Directions

Combine Peanut butter, maple syrup, chia seeds and coconut oil in a bowl. Mix well.

In a stainless steal bowl over a pot of boiling water (or use a double boiler), melt A.D.D. chocolate or other healthy chocolate.

Coat cupcake pan with chocolate and use a spoon to push up to coat the sides. Put in freezer to harden.

Once set, remove from freezer and add peanut butter mixer below the top line of the chocolate and press down. Pour melted chocolate over the peanut butter and return to the freezer to harden.

Remove from freezer, thaw and enjoy.

A.D.D. HOT COCOA
Create the best hot cocoa ever with A.D.D.'s superfood rich chocolate!
Makes enough to serve 4-6!
Ingredients
4 cups filtered water
2/3 cup hemp seeds
2 Tbs Cacao Powder
4 mini A.D.D. Chai Chili bars
2 Tbs Coconut Sugar
Cinnamon and Vanilla to taste
Directions

In a high power blender, combine all ingredients.

Blend on HIGH until warm/hot

Pour and serve
Recipe of the Month
Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
Roll out some rolled oat cookies for the Holidays, or any day really.
Ingredients
2 large Eggs
2 Cups sprouted Oats (soaked for 4-6 hours, rinsed and strain)
1 cups Gluten Free Flour Mix
1 Cup Coconut Sugar
3 sticks (12oz./ 1 1/2 cups) Butter
2 Cups Raisins
1 3/4 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cider vinegar/lemon juice
1 drop ginger DoTerra oil
2 Tbs Chia seeds/powder soaked in 1/4 cup water
Bake for 15 min
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix well.

Scoop batter using Tbs, onto parchment paper or greased baking sheet.

Bake for 15 minutes.

Remove from oven, let cool, and enjoy.

Chocolate/Lavender Brownies
Need a delicious, quick Chocolate fix that is Guilt and Gluten Free? Look no further.
Ingredients
3⁄4 cup pastured butter, softened or melted
2⁄3 cup A.D.D. Vegan, Dark Chocolate
3 large Pastured eggs
1⁄2 cup Organic, Raw Cacao powder
11⁄2 cups Organic Coconut sugar
2 tsp (Heaping) Chia Seed Powder
1 tsp Organic vanilla extract
1-2 drops DoTerra Lavender Oil
7⁄8 cup Gluten Free all-purpose flour
Directions

Preheat oven at 350 degrees

Combine butter an chocolate in high speed blender until fully blended. Add the eggs, coconut sugar, vanilla, chia powder, and lavender oil and blend again, pulsing 4-6 times.

Add G-free flour and blend again, pulsing 4-6 times.

Grease 9x9 pan with coconut oil

Use spatula to pour batter into greased pan.

Bake in oven for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
-
Remove, let cool and enjoy.
